Hello Respected Sir/Madam,
I am using GTPL broadband and internet is now working since almost 3 days. I have complain many times but issue is still not get resolved. I have asked GTPL customer care to refund or give me number of hours extension into the plan but they are saying it’s not there policy. I have taken 15 months plan and for this. Now if internet is working for almost 3 days the why should i bear this. Sir/Madam this the case like if they do not provide internet for 10-15 days then we can not do anything we just need to keep quiet and watch until the issue get resolved. This is is serious issue. I am attaching their response. Please do needful. I hope I revert back soon from you.
