I have GTPL broadband internet connection for home.
As per GTPL broadband policy any customer complaint regarding internet disruption must be attached within 24 hr.
But GTPL on purpose closes my complain without my resolution and without my consent.
There call centre people not addressing this issue, instead they also telling issue resolved that’s why complaint closed.
Also write this issue to GTPL nodal officer.
