Hi I’m Raiyan Patni . I’ve purchased an Gtpl broadband connection 13 days ago . Since 1st day internet was not working. I thought it’s beginning so there must be something to change . Second day all good and third day internet was off for 8-9 hours since morning of 9 am . Then after daily 2-4 hours internet does not work . 4 days ago I called their customer service and they said my problem will be solved permanently in 24 hours . I thought relief . However second internet gone from 8-9 am of morning to Evening 7 am . That’s almost 10 hours . Next day happened same and their customer service did not give satisfying answer. The Gtpl broadband provider just give one excuse that it’s error and he is in GEB . Like 3-4 times he said same . When I emailed them for refund so they said they can’t give me refund due to their policy . So my concern is if they can’t stand for their commitment then they should shut their company and stop looting us . Rs5700 is not a small amount for a middle class boy . It takes alot time to save money and company like gtpl loot us and doesn’t care about the problems we are facing because of their service . So my request is I want my refund back of 360 days cause 5 days I accept I used . Please shut the Gtpl broadband service or warn them so they stop fooling their consumers. Thanks you.
