I applied for Gst registration from this firm which was for 1248/-, then they asked me if I want full year service like filling Gst every month and all that. At the first place they wasted my 2 months in the process of Gst application which was rejected. In these 2 months I tried connecting with them few times but there was no response. Considering these unprofessional behaviour and rejection of my Gst, I asked them to refund my money which I have paid that is 7376/- ,I understand that Gst filling process was done so I asked them to deduct 1248/- and refund the remaining amount. Because when there is no GST registration then what filling will be done and moreover I’m unhappy with their service so I want to discontinue. They are not receiving my calls and they are straight away saying that we cannot refund no matter what. I don’t know how this works but I’m in trauma since I’m in my initial buisness phase this is a huge amount for me. Seeking for solution
