I booked a 3 lab tests through Tata 1MG. The tests were done and the reports were delivered on time. I made the payment but Tata 1MG did not provide the GST invoice. I contacted their customer service and they refused to share the invoice and asked me contact my insurance provider for the same. I have attached screenshots of my conversation with their customer service representative.
