GST fraud by Ankit Kumar

On 9th October 2022, I have booked some parcel with Ankit Kumar for shipment. Ankit came to my flat and did packing and collected all the items. There were 10 boxes containing cloth and one two wheeler scooty zest.
He didn’t came with weight scale so on spot weight didnt’ happened. After picking up all the item from flat he went back to his warehouse and sent me invoice. I made the payment of Rs. 20000 via UPI.
After verification of invoice I found that he has collected 18% GST. I checked the GSTIN number and found that its invalid and his company is not registered with GST.
I asked him about this but he started ignoring my calls and messages.

He also also did fraud with weight of items. Ankit has taken money for weight of 170kg but the actual weight of items were only 80 kg, He also took money for insurance which he never provided.
