This is a complaint against repeated wrong electricity billing which is urgently to be addressed properly.
I also made a complaint to MSEDCL with a Request ID : 0000016992097
1) Last received bill amount has become more than 5 times which is abnormal ( scan copy attached ) although I have paid every month during pandemic
2) Billing cycle has become total irregular and bill is coming within the billing period
3) Soft and hard copy from your side of Mar’20 & Jun’20 are not matching which implies one of the bill is surely fraud
It is extremely unfortunate that Mahavitaran is continuously doing these wrong things which is not only worrisome but also creating tremendous mental anxiety in this tough financial situation during pandemic time. We have complained to Mahavitaran customer care (also having the recorded audio file of that) but no action has been taken, although they have accepted their mistakes. Moreover, even after that nothing has been addressed , rather it has become further worse.
I look forward for a genuine and prompt help and solution of this from you and I would like to have mental peace as a responsible citizen and a regular payee of electricity bill.
