Bill dated 24,09.2022 for Rs 2791.30
I had purchased an International Roaming Pack for my Mobile No 9884638114 for 30 Days from 25.07.2022 to 24.08.2022 for RS 3999 +Tax.
This pack EXPIRED on 24.08.2022.
I did not ask for any extension or renewal of any International Roaming facility beyond 24.08.2022
Airtel has charged me additional Rs 1731.65 for International Usage on August 25 & 26 AFETR THE EXPIRY OF THE PACK.
When the International Roaming Pack validity had expired and there was no further service or facility required or requested, HOW CAN THEY CHARGE ME FOR ANY ADITIONAL DAYS.
Grossly unfair and unjustified and not acceptable.
Airtel cannot blackmail customers like this.
They refuse to waive off these charges.
