An electrician found my flat wires burnt and charged 4-6 the market value late at night once the work was finished. On confirming the estimate for the work with another electrician, i submitted the same to the district consumer court. Now court has ruled insufficient evidence. The complainants are absconding. My belief is that the evidence is sufficient, but the court does not want to trouble the police in this matter to go after the cheaters. If we don’t enforce law in the country it will delay and even negate the progress of the country Please suggest what I can do in this matter. Is there some way I can speak frankly to the judges and police and convince them to help me? I am currently jobless and getting the money I lost back will be really great.
