I have ordered 34 grocery items from Flipkart grocery on 26 July 2022 which were delivered by 31 July 2022.
On 31 July i have not received the order so I called on customer care no. They told me that we had raised a complaint for the same, and will be delivered within 4 working days at any cost.
I call to customer support on daily basi from 01 August 2022 on daily basis, daily they assured me that your is will be delivered tomorrow. I am not able to cancel the order, hence requested customer care executive to cancel the order, but they refused to cancel the order and giving the excuse that order is out for delivery hence cannot be cancelled.
Today again i have received a message from Flipkart stating that unable to deliver your order today, and will be delivered tomorrow.
Now neither they are delivering the grocery items nor they’re refunding the amount
From past 6 days i am mentally torcher by the Flipkart.
Anyone please help me in getting back my money or the grocery items which i ordered.
