I have placed Grocery order on 17th july 2021. I have left few items to order hence placed other request on 18th and cancel my excisting order, I tried cancelling my order it showed as cancelled within few mins it is showed as delivery scheduledfor tomorrow. Hence I spoke with customer care to cancel my order they also confirmed its is canceled. But today in application it is showed as out for delivery and I received the product though I denied it. Delivery boy said raise a return we will come and collect. So I tried to raise a return still the it is showing as placed a return then it is showing as delivered.
I spoke with 8 members from flipkart around 7 calls disconnecting once they place me on hold. No one helped me
Though there is a return policy to return the product customer executive says keep the items this time they dont have option to place for return.
kindly help to raise a refund and get my money back.
