Text of Complaint by Shylaja:

I had placed an order in Jiomart for groceries on 2nd May and the delivery date was showing between 2nd May to 4th May.
The orders have not yet been delivered by Jiomart till date (9th May) inspite of repeatedly calling customer care and raising complaints. Unprofessional behaviour from customer care in not providing updates on the complaints raised and not providing the resolution to the issue raised. They are not willing to refund the amount as well. This was a prepaid order.
If they cannot deliver the products, they should atleast refund my money, which they are not willing to do.
This is unaccepatable behaviour from Jiomart and this shows they are clearly cheating the customers. I request this issue to be resolved and Jiomart refund the amount immediately.
