My name is V. Amar Srinivas, and I am using Airtel prepaid sim and the mobile number is 9989666955.
I am a resident of

Near Jagan Anna colony,
Krishna District,
Andhra Pradesh,

I am writing to file a grievance against Airtel network services at my residence.
Nature of Complaint:
For a significant period, I have been experiencing a complete lack of network signal at my home, despite good network connectivity before recharges. This has severely impacted my ability to use essential voice and data services.
Attempts to Resolve the Issue:
I have repeatedly contacted Airtel customer care to report this issue. However, my attempts have been unsuccessful, with no response from any customer service executive. This lack of responsiveness has further compounded the problem and wasted my time and resources.
Impact of the Issue:
The absence of network connectivity has caused significant inconvenience and disruption. I am unable to make or receive calls, access the internet, or utilize other crucial mobile services. This has negatively impacted my personal and professional life.
Request for Intervention:
The lack of network signal and unresponsive customer care violate the regulations and guidelines set forth by TRAI. Airtel’s service deficiency and unethical practices have caused me substantial loss of resources.
Therefore, I kindly request TRAI’s intervention to address these issues. I would appreciate it if you could:
Facilitate a resolution with Airtel to restore proper network connectivity at my residence.
Investigate Airtel’s customer care practices and ensure proper responsiveness to customer complaints.
Consider appropriate compensation for the inconvenience and loss of resources caused by this situation.
