Text of Complaint by Naushad Shaikh:

Dear Superior

I am writing to bring to your attention a concerning incident that occurred during my recent interaction with one of your customer care executives, Chandra. Despite my request for an escalation to speak with a manager regarding an urgent issue, Chandra denied my request, which is unacceptable and contrary to the standards of customer service.

Furthermore, the purpose of my query pertains to a significant financial matter. After paying the foreclosure amount of ₹2,07,769, I have been informed of an additional demand of ₹265, which has raised serious concerns about the accuracy and transparency of your billing processes.

As a valued customer of [INDIA GOLD], I have always appreciated the professionalism and efficiency of your services. However, this recent experience has left me deeply disappointed and frustrated.

I urge your team to take immediate action to address this issue. Firstly, I request that my query be escalated to a manager or a relevant authority for further investigation and resolution. Additionally, I expect a thorough review of your customer care procedures to ensure that instances of denial of escalation are not repeated in the future.

I trust that you will handle this matter with the urgency and seriousness it deserves. I also request prompt communication regarding the status of my query and the steps being taken to rectify the discrepancy in the amount.

Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to a swift and satisfactory resolution.

Sincerely,
[Naushad Shaikh]
