Despite my request for an escalation to speak with a manager regarding an urgent issue, Chandra denied my request, which is unacceptable and contrary to the standards of customer service.
Furthermore, the purpose of my query pertains to a significant financial matter. After paying the foreclosure amount of ₹2,07,769, I have been informed of an additional demand of ₹265, which has raised serious concerns about the accuracy and transparency of your billing processes.
