Request for cancellation and refund of Air Tickets booked prior to lock down in India, Service Request No. G8-01403669. It has been more than a three month’s time waiting for the response, unfortunately my queries were unaddressed till date. As mentioned in prior mail I’m not looking forward to travel in the forthcoming days as the mentioned Academic Program had been called off. And the response from their side was disparage. I can’t understand their stand but my ticket money is dead money for more than a year’s time. I tried to contact the authorities in all my means. I’m disappointed with Team Goair’s action, as I detailed and requested the refund of amount. According to your response I’m forced to File a petition in Consumer court with support of Supreme Court verdict. In this financial crisis scenario I humbly request you the authorities concerned to act responsibly.
