I have recently switched from VI Network to Airtel, (reason to switch was manageable coverage and call drops. Ever since I’ve switched to Airtel I’ve noticed a pathetic Network Service. Too Many Call Drops and only 1 signal as coverage. Many a times we get miss call alert.
Due to this lockdown we all are at our residence and majorly have con-calls, your such network has forced us to work outside our house in the garden area or in the balcony. I’ve complained many a times to the local vendor and also online, he has registered the complaint and told me 8 days.
What if we lose our job, who will be responsible. Our company says”uska phone kabhi lagta hi nahi aur call drop hota hai – so eventually we are only kept in loop through mails” I then had to share my landline no and so con-call and client meetings are done smoothly.
Your services have humiliated me, with such vital advertisements are uncertain and you are fooling customers. I have been a customer with Vodafone Postpaid for 20 years, just because of the current merge i was forced to switch, however I need a remedy asap or you must cancel my port and allow me to switch back.
Please revert asap.
