On 26.02.2022 Thangam theatre at Arumuganeri for the 6.30 pm show Valimai movie, I booked 10 tickets ( seat nos. I6-15). But they do not allow us to enter into the screen till 7 pm stating some unreasonable excuses. But the movie started at 6.30. Even though I paid all the ticket amount and went to the theatre at the correct time. Only because of their negligent act was I cannot able to watch the film from the beginning.. I lead to mental agony. Kindly take action against the concerned theatre.
