All my calls are getting disconnected within 2 mins (incoming and outgoing) and many times my number coming as not rechargeable and lost the internet connectivity when I am connected with call. I registered complaint that I am facing serious network issues as I said above (almost 3 months) but AIRTEL doesn’t care and not resolved it. I m getting mail reply as a standard manipulating statement. Complaint # were I got from airtel stores CCDRP20612726046 and CGPSC20612760092.
I called 198, sent mail, visited stores.. Done all but still the concern is persisting.. AIRTEL will treat their 12 years old customer in this fashion only??
Completely fed-up and disappointed with AIRTEL..
