in airtel app, when i tried to recharge it automatically applied discount coupon of rs.50 giving total amount of rs.349 on discount.. when proceeding towards cart and when i try to pay, it gives a pop out msg that coupon validation failed.. when i add money in airtel wallet(first time using) it takes money from bank(with my authorisation) and try to recharge with it, it also says failed to send sms(for upi payment method users).. worst and very frustrating.. just simply taking money and not giving proper quality to users. Below is one proof of payment failure when i tried to checkout directly.
