My phone Moto G72 recently developed INFAMOUS Green lines after their august security patch update. I checked it out on Reddit, X and almost every social media platform and almost all users of moto g 72 are facing the same issue. My phone is just 3 months out of warranty. When i visited their service centre, they assured me of free repair but asked me to submit my device for 10 days, since i had an upcoming exam so i enquired them and they told me that if the phone is within 20 months of warranty they will change the display free of cost and assured me to do it after 15 days. Next tym i visited the store, they completely refused. If they had to refuse then why waste my precious hours? Now the phone is heating excessively, as if it was to blast anytime. Who will be held accountable for this? Motorola is providing free repairs for some series like g 52 and g 82 but not for g 72. I paid 16000 for this phone just to last for one year? I want free repair for my phone or replacement. I demand a compensation for the same. Please i would request you to take any action against this. These companies are doing fraud, people are investing their hard earned money and buying this devices to last long for study purpose and others and these are lasting just one year.
