My oneplus 8 mobile is having a green line after an update. Now while talking with the authorized sevice centers nearby they are refusing to change it for free of cost. Actuall problem was with there update which was not tested properly. They are claiming that my mobile is more thane 2 years old so they cant service or change it for free.
My purchase date is on January 2020 and my warranty including complimentary warranty ends on January 2022.
My mobile dont have any dents or damages such as physical or water damage. And its not serviced any where. These all happened with there update so they are liable for changing the faulty device. How can they charge us.
