i have been using OnePlus 8 pro , i have encountered a green line suddenly while using my mobile phone, i had a physical damage 1.5 years ago but i had no issue regarding the display in all these days . Quite after the software update i found a mysterious green line on my phone , i found out that it’s because of the mistake of OnePlus, i reached out the service people for the replacement, they denied my request for the issue that because i had a physical damage on my mobile, but i had no issue regarding that the outer glass damage it’s because of the display which is my concern .
I have no problem with the outer screen, it’s the issue which i am asking to resolve is the OnePlus mistake
I saw 100s of people with the similar issue
I have been using the OnePlus mobiles from very beginning and i have never been disappointed
I would request you to please help me with issue
