One plus is having issues with their device with green line appearing out of nowhere. This also happened to my device in October first week.
I got my screen replacement that time so i thought the issue has been resolved. At the time of recieving they had no kind on protection on the new display. As they removed the previous one that i had. Not even a plastic paper protector.
But I was happy that my issue will be resolved as i got new display that won’t have green line out of nowhere.
But to my surprise it came again.
So I go to the service centre on 24th May. Because the phone has no protection it got some scratches not visible if you look and one visible scratch. Now my phone is also out of warranty.
The authorised service centre on jm road pune refusing to replace my screen saying the scratches are to deep. They provided me with a fualty display at the time of replacement while they new it wasn’t resolved in the first place.
Overall OnePlus needs to take responsibility as my device does not have any type damage rather than the single scratch. It’s been more than a year since the issue has started appearing. They had plenty of time to explore and resolve this as OnePlus ia that big of a company.
And yes I am willing to take it to court as these foreign companies are not paying attention to the customer requests and not admitting their fault. As the phone currently in service centre i am not able to provide images of the device i have receipts of phone that says i have scratches on display. I will provide the images after I get the device.
