I own One plus 8 Pro. On 24/12/2022 a green line displayed center of the phone. Same day took it to the service center at VR Mall Anna Nagar Chennai, they said they can’t fix the phone since it just 1week above 24 months. Also they asked 16000 to fix the same. Here it’s not my fault , I never dropped the phone to cause this issue. It is truly from one plus update. I have also mailed the customer care team about the same, but no response. I need some help on this.
