Green Line issue reported on my phone. Visited service center it was told physical damage on the screen has created this issue. Post software update this has happened as the display damage was in different location and it was damaged more than 1.5 years ago which was clarified. They denied to replace at free of cost they want to charge 9300 INR of need replacement. Vivo is not investigating the case in detail and deliberately charging for the display inspite of loading wrong software. This is real strategy to sell there spares and put end user in trouble.
