Dear Sir I like to draw hereby your attention to my Above Moto G82 5G Display lines problem which has been arisen due to software update. The phone was bought before a year. They are rejecting the claims by specifying the nominal scratches or band which is not physically visible. I have visited two of there service centres both of them have accepted that the green line issue is from the company side. They are replying that company can’t bear this big expenses that’s why they have to reject the claim for free of cost replacement. They are directly asking 1/3 cost of mobile for repair of my phone. They are not giving any transparency about the rejection. Please advise further course of action.
