Green line appeared on Samsung Galaxy M52 without any physical damage. Phone is out of warranty but hasn’t been dropped on the floor or anything. Samsung customer care is saying there is some very minor scratch on the side button due to which screen can’t be replaced for free even though the button works perfectly and the scratch is very minor. The issue is because of the update from their end and they are just finding reasons to deny claims. Many people are facing the same issue and it’s because of their software update.
