I have a Realme X7 Pro phone, and after a software update, a green line appears on the screen. I went to the service center, but they asked me to pay for the service because the phone was out of warranty; I even spoke with customer support, and they said the same thing.
Why should I pay for service charges if the software update was delivered after two years, causing the green line issue?
I am facing similar issue with my Realme X7 Pro 5G. Customer support is asking to take paid service. Why should customer pay for company’s buggy update.
