I started having green lines on my screen after the recent software update. I contacted the customer care and submitted the phone.
Now the customer care is asking me to pay Rs. 18000 for screen replacement as the screen apparently seems to have a small scratch which is nowhere visible to the layman’s eyes.
They admit that the green tint on screen is due to software update but they say I need to pay for screen replacement
They have ignored me for such lame reasons and asking me to pay if they want my screen to be restored.
Request you to please help me with the issue as it is a common man’s hard money that goes into buying equipments and these companies fraud us with such lame and illogical reasons
