I have one plus 8 prowhich is 2.5 years old and after the software update green lines have appeared across the screen. Contacted service center and they admitted its their mistake but refused to replace the screen free of cost since my phone is 2.5 years old and out of their policy. Asked 16k to replace the screen and that too because of their mistake. Please help.
