Due to a lastest software update from one plus, the hardware was affected in one plus phones. The service center are telling us to pay for the display change which cost us around 16k. There is no physical damage and it is confirmed by one plus service center people. There is no mistake from our side and they are charging us for the mistake which they did. It looks like a huge scam from the one plus side. There should be certain actions against them and all the one plus mobiles should be repaired for free of cost. They have the policy like only one plus 8t will be repaired. So wat about other one plus users. They should pay this much amount for the mistake which never did.
