Text of Complaint by G Rambabu:

I have updated my security patch for Samsung which was updated to my device on 3rd March 2025 due to this my device screen was impacted with a horizontal Greenline issue, but Samsung customer care was not accepting to do the fix, simply saying that our Terms and condition was not full from your device so i am not able to do the fix of green line, I am not asking them to do the free of cost replacement for any spare part of my Device, I am asking them to fix the Greenline issue. For same I have visited to near by customer service center and get the Job card for the same, but still Samsung customer care was the issue fix is not capable to fix the Greenline issue with out the cost. They are asking to bare the Cost for screen replacement.

Even thought internally there is no flaw for my device, inch to inch was investigated by the service center and then raised the job card.
