I have been using Vivo X70 pro for 1.5 years and on august I did a software update as recommended by the phone and after that a green line appeared on screen from top to bottom. There is no physical damage or liquid damage to the phone. I have visited Vivo service centres. They said that the issue is with the software updation and have to replace the display. I was asked to pay 13000 for replacing the display. I denied the payment. Because this make no sense to me; the phone display got affected by their software issue and now they are asking 13000 from me to resolve it, this is not at all acceptable.
I have purchased the Vivo X70 Pro with high expectations for its performance and reliability. However, the recent software update has proven to be a substantial disappointment.Moreover, this display issue has been causing significant eye strain and frequent headaches, negatively impacting my daily activities and overall well-being.
