I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration regarding the recent software update for my REALME GT2 smartphone. After installing the update (RMX3301_13.1.0.502(EX01) | Official version) on 17/06/2023, I noticed the appearance of persistent green lines on the device’s display, rendering it unusable.
Considering the timing of the issue and the fact that it occurred immediately after the software update, it is evident that the problem is not a result of any mishandling or damage on my part. This strongly suggests that the update has caused a hardware malfunction in my device.
I would like to emphasize that my REALME GT2 PRO is not currently under warranty. However, given the clear correlation between the update installation and the onset of display issues, I kindly request a free replacement of DISPLAY of my smartphone. I visited the nearby authorized service of REALME in Nungambakkam and they blatantly rejected the request citing the reason that the phone is not under warranty,but as the update is officially released by REALME how the user can be resposible for the firmware issues it is causing.
I have been a loyal customer of REALME for several years and have always appreciated the quality and reliability of your products. I trust that your esteemed company values customer satisfaction and stands behind the integrity of its software updates.
I kindly request a prompt response and a resolution to this matter. I hope that REALME will take full responsibility for the issue and provide a free replacement for my REALM GT2 PRO smartphone.
