The item which I got from the site is entirely different from what I ordered and quality is bad so I decided to contact the customer care , but they have;nt responded in message , mail And call . But yesterday evng I got a call from one number and it is showing as customer care of this shop ; and told me that they will refund the amount in my google account and askd me to message one link which I got it from them , I just forwarded that message but today afternoon 2500 rupees from my account is deducted from this site without my knowledge . An unknown transaction is done in my bank account . It is very sad about such online site . I have filed the case against them .
