Text of Complaint by Ankita Malviya:

this is the worst possible company I have ever met with. The staff are rude, ill mannered and are all fraudsters. Firstly they committed us quality and luxurious stay during our holidays with discounts on air tickets also. And now the whole story begins after paying almost 1 lakh to these peopleI found that they are not receiving my phone calls, not answering my e mails and behaving very rudely with me. They blatently tell lies and do intentional delays in answering the mails so that at the end they say that now there is not enough time left and thus we can’t provide any rooms to you. They also charge AMF (Annual Membership Fee) of Rs. 10000 before making any bookings. So imagine in addition of the lump sum which you have given at the time of membership, you also have to pay these fraudsters extra money. When I contacted them for my bookings in a particular destination they provided me options worth Rs. 1500 and calles them 3 star property. Also they act if they are doing any fovour for you and expect you to beg in front of them. Their staff is disgusting right from the customer relationship manager to the booking and reservations team. All in all a total fraud company which will take money from you in advance and then make your life hell by insulting you. I am planning to file a case against them in the consumer forum for returning my money and will also demand mental harassment compensation from them as they have caused me immense anxiety by looting my hard earned money.
