Now name has changed to Grand Amanta
They called us in Novotel Bangalore on 9th Dec saying we have movie passes and Hotel stay gifted for the Mahindra vehicle we bought.
Then the scene was different, Vivanta FRAUD Sales Team Ravi Kumar Verma and Aamir befooled us and many more guests. They charged us Rs. 1.6 Lakhs for the package and gave us many false promises which were all FRAUD:
I requested them to cancel the membership within 10 days of taking the membership, even that is not getting processed. They are not picking up the call nor they are replying to the emails. They just update they will process but they don’t do. I have been following up to cancel the membership and refund the amount but they don`t respond back.
When I tried to speak to their FRAUD Sales Team, they ignored the calls and also their customer care Team Vipul and others told us they will set up a call back which never happened.
Police case, blacklisting them is the only solution so that other people don’t fall into the trap.
Hopefully, I will get some help in this platform to get refund.

It appeared to be a win-win situation, promising great savings and enhanced experiences. However, it quickly became apparent that this was nothing more than a ploy to extract more money from unsuspecting customers.
The first red flag was the convoluted terms and conditions associated with the vouchers. The fine print was deliberately vague and confusing, making it nearly impossible to fully comprehend the limitations and restrictions. It seemed designed to mislead customers and render the vouchers practically useless.
To my dismay, when I attempted to redeem my hard-earned vouchers for my next holiday, I was met with a litany of hurdles. Suddenly, blackout dates, limited availability, and countless other restrictions surfaced, rendering my vouchers practically worthless. It was evident that your company had intentionally designed this scheme to make it as difficult as possible for customers to redeem their vouchers.
Moreover, your customer service, or lack thereof, only added insult to injury. The representatives I interacted with were dismissive, unhelpful, and even rude. They showed a complete lack of empathy for the frustrations I faced and refused to provide any meaningful solutions. It became evident that your company’s priority was to deflect responsibility and retain the money extracted through this deceptive voucher scheme.
The entire experience has left me feeling cheated and exploited. It is distressing to realize that a company entrusted with providing joyful and memorable experiences has instead chosen to engage in such unethical practices. I can only imagine the countless other customers who have fallen victim to your deceitful scheme.
I demand immediate rectification of this situation. I expect a full refund for the vouchers I purchased, as well as compensation for the wasted time, frustration, and the ruined holiday experience. Additionally, I implore you to reconsider your business practices and cease this deceptive voucher scheme that preys on unsuspecting customers.
I feel compelled to share my harrowing experience with others to prevent them from falling into the same trap. I will be posting detailed accounts of my experience on various online platforms, including review websites and social media channels. Potential customers deserve to be aware of the unscrupulous practices they may encounter when dealing with your company.

I am writing to file a formal complaint against the fraudulent activities perpetrated by Grand Amanta/Grand Vivanta, which have greatly affected me and numerous other consumers. I trust that the Customer Complaint Court will address this matter with the utmost urgency and seriousness it warrants.
I became acquainted with Grand Amanta/Grand Vivanta when I engaged them purchasing a Luxury Holiday Package service which they offered with other complimentary offers and services for 5 star hotels in India after paying an handsome amount of 1.3 Lakh and 7000+GST AMC which would be required every time we would be booking through Grand Vivanta/Amanta. Despite their promises and representations, it has become evident that Grand Amanta/Grand Vivanta has engaged in deceptive practices and fraudulent behavior.
The specific grievances I have encountered include.
Customer service: – which turns to be nothing but pathetic rude and unempathetic.
5 start hotel bookings: – which they never provide as they say it’s already booked or some other excuses,
Complimentary packages: – which turns out to be another fraud as they didn’t even tell us that its valid only for 1 year and neither they reminded over mail if it’s going to expire.
These actions have caused me financial loss, emotional distress, and a significant waste of time.
Furthermore, it has come to my attention that I am not the only victim of Grand Amanta/Grand Vivanta’s fraudulent activities. Numerous other consumers have shared similar experiences, indicating a systematic pattern of deceit and dishonesty.
I have attempted to resolve these issues directly with Grand Amanta/Grand Vivanta. They have been unresponsive to my inquiries and have shown a blatant disregard for consumer rights and ethical customer services.
Therefore, I implore the Customer Complaint Court to investigate this matter thoroughly and take appropriate legal action against Grand Amanta/Grand Vivanta to ensure that they are held accountable for their actions and that restitution is provided to the victims.
I appreciate your attention to this matter and trust that the Customer Complaint Court will act swiftly to address this egregious breach of consumer trust and confidence.
