Gramseva tried to take money from my account. He tried 570 rs ×25 times on same day. My account balance was not sufficient. So they can’t able to take money out of my account. But my bank charge me 590 ×25 as and account return. Which is 14750 rs. When I talked to my bank they said I have authorized this merchant online. But I have not authorized this company. Even I don’t know this company. When I asked to my bank they said we can’t refund this money, these are charges of account return. I asked my bank to give me proof of NACH authorized form by me. They send me excel file. I called again and I talked to them regarding this fraud company taking money of so many innocent people. But they haven’t investigate and return my money. I want to report against this company named GRAM SEVA and my BANK named IDBI BRANCH INFOCITY GANDHINGAR (IBKL0000260). My contact no. 9662153252. I have more photos but I can’t able to submit here.
