have made a transaction of 10k via GPay on 31st Oct 2021 to Shubham Jewellers and Pearls
and that transaction was successful and the amount deducted from my HDFC account(Ac No:00761140056905)
but the amount did not credit to Shubham Jewellers account(Kotak Bank Ac No:5011837805)
Instead it got credited to a different account(Kotak Bank:6410910000053) which was not owned by Shubham Jewellers.
Prior to this in the month of september 22nd 2021 I made the same transaction of 10k via GPay that was successful and credited to the Shubham Jewellers.
So please check properly and try to get my amount 10k back as it was not credited to the Subham Jewellers.
I’m attaching the screen shots of Sep 22nd transaction and Oct 31st transaction from GPay for your reference.
In the attached screenshots you can see the UPID: 0797470a0001187.bqr@kotak which is associated with Shubham Jewellers and Pearls.
When I did the transaction on the same UPID, how come in has got credited to a different account.
Please look into this and do the needful.
