When I used mobikwik app that time I used ZIP Balance of Rs. 5,000/- and I repay it on time also but still on my GPay app it is showing active. It will be impacting my cibil score and I am getting problem to apply for new education loan due to this loan is showing open. So, it’s my humble request to please close this loan immediately and send me NOC or No-Due Certificate. Here GPay screenshot also attached, and bill amount paid via mobikwik screenshot also attached. Please do the needful
