Hi,
This is srinivasu, I have purchased a mattress from gozefo website and returned it with in the return policy period due to size issue which is on 14th feb 2019 with order id 266351 and they have confirmed that i will get the refund within 3 days but i did not get the refund till now i.e on march 7th 2019. I have sent an email and tried to contact the customer care but no response from them.Please suggest me what to do..
