Dear court,
Via Facebook link m purchase a wireless earbuds on six august. It comes to me on 8 august when I open it m too shocked because m purchase it for as wireless power bank but this is not product which I ordered. Then m trying to contact their customer service team there is no any number.
In website m see their wrong product received policy customer have to complaint with in 48 hours from receipt and for any help mail us on helpgoyantra@gmail.com.
M sending 3 to 4 emails but can’t got any single response like my request has been confirmed or not.
In also mention that customer can call us but there is no any contact no.
Please help me if they replace it from which I ordered then it’s ok otherwise they send my money back.
