I am writing to lodge a complaint regarding Order No. SB14203 placed from Sleep Berry through delhivery.
I had ordered 4 pairs of night suits (Coffee & Donuts Print Pajama Set – Shirt, Shorts & Pants). However, instead of the ordered items, I received an ugly pair of jeans, which is completely different from what I purchased.
This is a clear case of wrong product delivery and misleading service.
