I have ordered kurta set from Instagram page( zurnner clothing) whose online email is zurnner.official@gmail.com
But I have received totally wrong product also there is no option to return. In return policy it is mentioned to contact this email id: zurnner.official@gmail.com when I mailed on this mail id. I got reply mail as address not found. (Screenshot attached).
I want my money back from this site.. delivery partner is Expressbees surface But as paid amount to Expressbees surface. They are saying to contact online site itself. Kindly help.
