I have orderd a Mi from from amazon on 23rd of august 2022. I got amazon parcel in which i got a damage mobile of samsung. I called customer care for conplaint they took my conplaint ans asked me to upload pictures . I did the same. But now its been a while they are not picking up the parcel and not refunding as well. I booked 10 pickups till now all are fail. And now customer care is refuse to refund me. Please look into this
