Text of Complaint by YOGITA RAJPUT:

i ordered a braun epilator from amazon during the prime day sale which was delivered and I got the used product so I initiated for a replacement but the replacement one was again used and also the kit didn’t have any warranty card which was at least there in the first delivered product and so I asked for a replacement but amazon guys said that I can opt for refund which was ok but I wasted my time and also want the product so I requested for one more replacement as it was there fault but they denied and asked me to get the refund in which I lost my processing fee though its a nominal fee and time I want raise complain about their service and behavior to the customer when it’s their fault then also they are still being so rude and unethical. Also, I want a proper new item of the same product with a full proper kit and apology for their unprofessional behavior.
