Purchase Details:

Amount: Rs.13,490
With Discount+Exchange Rate: Rs. 7596
Grievance: Got the product with broken mobile box seal poly.
Sir/Madam, Despite the above I tried to accept the phone but the mobile performance (Slow processing speed/Hang) which is not acceptable to me.
I have reached out to the Customer Care but did not get satisfactory response as they are instead processing the return they are holding my Amount (Rs. 11,096) on the behalf of scheduling Technician Inspection visit.
Now I am requesting you to please look into this matter and help me in this refund process.
It is very surprising to me and it’s breaking my trust on Amazon that your customer executive did not accept sealed broken products for refund and no option available to me on the website.
