Text of Complaint by Nitika kumari:

I have purchased the wardrobe it delivered on 5th August and 11th August 2023 was last date to install the product but technician not came his contact no is all time busy If call to that no from any no. I called to customer care that technician no. Is unable to connect then they told me to wait till 8pm and just before I got very small miss call and get message that technician tried to connect but couldn’t get connect..after that I have requested to return the product then next day same technician allied to check the product with same contact no. Same thing happened just before 8pm got little missed call and got message that he tried to call but couldn’t connect.. next day same technician with same no. That is unable to connect..this time he called from personal no. And refused to come at my location. And use abusive language I Complaint to customer care and told I will keep the products so install the product now customer care arrange technician on daily basis but technician did not come and it is happening from last 7 days ..same technician allied every day but not come if I call to his personal no he abuse me. Flipkart either not return or install I calls every day to customer care but not get solutions only they extend the date. Product cost is around 12950.
