I made a deposit on the 25th of october using bitcoin. I sent money to the address the website gave me. After weeks of emailing the support email they started telling me money was credited to another account and its my fault. I sent money to the address they gave me in my account. But they are blaming me for making a mistake but i cross checked every detail and it is correct.
