had ordered a wireless electric portable crusher (order no: 52852) from the website shoppergrace.in through a youtube ad . I received the product in a damaged condition and it doesn’t work . I tried to contact the website for a return and refund through the website . However, the email provided by the website is invalid and the phone number provided on the website has no incoming services. I was scammed out of Rs.999. While looking for the return of the product, I was scammed again. They bought the same item in the cover with Amazon sticker. I was not at home, and my mom thought that I ordered something else and paid for it. My Rs.1988 was gone.
